Hatchery minimum: Standard chicken minimums: 25 chicks in January-March, 15 in April, and 6 in May-September. Webster City hatchery pickup minimum: 6 chicks.

Shipping: Live birds ship according to hatchery availability and safe-shipping conditions. Different poultry types ship separately, and each type in the order must meet its own minimum. USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express are typically about 2-3 business days, and limited regional door-to-door delivery is available in parts of the Midwest.

Guarantee: Live Arrival and 48-Hour Livability. Losses or order issues must be reported by phone within 48 hours of arrival.

Changes/cancellations: Changes/cancellations for chicks must be made by 12:00 PM Central on the Friday before scheduled delivery.

Important: All live-animal sales are final. Hatch/ship dates can move for weather, hatch schedules, or safe-shipping conditions. Sexing, exact hatch timing, and availability are not guaranteed 100%. Proper brooder setup is required before arrival.
